#19 static and dynamic data in different database tables

I recommend that in future versions the static and the dynamic information are separated.
Static information: The data on a card.
Dynamic information: The learning statistics of a card.

If static and dynamic information is separated, import / export of cards from / to other formats will require less knowledge and filtering.
