This library has received major improvements to functionality and ease of use during the yearlong development of a yet unreleased, open source application. karapace is a small, efficient, application framework that encapsulates tedious OS-specific code so the developer can more easily create professional, cross-platform applications and games.

Version 0.03 boasts a complete overhaul of the source tree and sloughs off a ton of poorly conceived wrapper classes. The OpenGL component, kgl, has been isolated into a separate library to keep the core library compact.
