Kandid, a framework for genetic art, has now a public available database for image chromosomes. You can share the chromosomes of your favourite images with other Kandid users. The chromosomes are stored in an online database at kandid.org. All published image are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 2.0.
Kandid can be used as an wrapper for external image generation programs. In a first step Scott Draves Flame3 IFS renderer is supported.
