Kanbanara 1.9

Hi Everyone,

We have today just released Kanbanara 1.9.

This features a brand new Backlog Pyramid which allows you to sort the cards in your backlog prior to reaching the Kanban board. On the Kanban board itself, the backlog column has been modified by the addition of a Backlog Pyramid section that shows just the top 10 cards on the backlog. This new feature prevents your Kanban board from becoming swamped by all the cards on your backlog.

We have also added support for Minimum Marketable Releases (MMRs). In addition to a new MMRs attribute on a card which allows a card to be associated with one or more MMRs, we also allow the associations between such cards to be shown graphically on the new force-directed MMRs graph.

The final new feature this time is support for Cost of Delay (CoD) via the addition of two new attributes on a card - Qualitative Urgency and Qualitative Value.

If you are upgrading from a previous version, you may need to clear any Javascript files from your web browser's cache in order for the drag and drop facility to work correctly on the Kanban board.
