Kanbanara 1.2

As promised, Kanbanara version 1.2 has just been released. It introduces Flight Levels and 'WIP Limits Apply To' settings. A text-to-speech facility has been added to certain textarea fields. Introduces a new account menu and a My Name page (including new nickname setting). Improved tags and artifacts attributes on cards. Splitting of Update Project tab into separate pages. Improved Entry / Exit Criteria page. Entry / Exit Criteria tooltips added to Kanban board. Improved authentication. Introduction of socket host setting to allow running on IP address of choice. Added a new Meetings menu on main menu bar. Fixed date-related bug in creatio of routine cards. Added additional resolution settings. Cards changed in last 24 hours are now slightly rotated. Much use made of the JQuery Select2 library on card attributes with multiple values.
