Schedule for the Resumption of Kamuriki Linux Sales

We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage.

As you may be aware, we concluded the free distribution of Kamuriki Linux 4.0 Standard on 9 September this year, and around the 11th, we suspended sales of the Professional edition via BOOTH.

This was a difficult decision, made due to our inability to adequately support users and the fact that Kamuriki was gaining traction independently while the recognition of Nakamura Muslcal Industries' music and games remained stagnant.... read more

Notice of Standard Edition Release Suspension

We sincerely thank you for your continued patronage.

Since the release of Kamuriki Linux 4.0, downloads have exceeded our expectations.
However, the fact remains that NMI's Linux/GNU/X division is unprofitable.
Furthermore, we find ourselves in a situation where we are unable to adequately address support requests.

Consequently, though it is with deep regret, we plan to remove the Standard Edition currently available on SourceForge around 22:00 on 8 September (UTC).
Additionally, sales of the Professional Edition via BOOTH will also cease.
We apologise for the inconvenience and kindly request your understanding.... read more

We've been looking for ways to make the transition without damaging the environment, but we have come to the conclusion that it is unreasonable.
Therefore, a migration from a previous system to 3.0 is only supported for a clean install.... read more
