I'm afraid that WSJ is copyrighted and not publicly available for free, so I don't think anyone will be able to help you. You could try to contact LDC directly, they have have a initiative providing the data to elligible students (see https://www.ldc.upenn.edu/language-resources/data/data-scholarships) y.
