For the Czech data we are running the system live with Kaldi and we use class LM. For the English data I will give you few examples from top of my head: PRICE_RANGE - cheap, middle price-range... FOOD_TYPE - Indian, Chinese, LOCATION - city center, Chesterton area, .. .... We will try to find the classes definition, since we are not running the system.
