[Kaldi-developers] libtool package changed in debian

Hi,
In debian-jessie  the libtool package has been split. So an additional
package has to be installed to get the libtool binary. The package
libtool-bin has to be added to tools/check_dependencies.sh script.

I do not know how this change affects other debian/ubuntu versions. Let me
know if I should go ahead and make the change to check_dependencies.sh.
