Sorry, did not address this part in the previous message. SGTM, I'll replay my repo changes on top of a github fork, and then we can start from there. I'm sure to hit a couple snags doing that, so give me a few days.

Did you look at https://github.com/workflow-demo-org/workflow-demo/wiki/GitHub-pull-request-based-workflow? Too basic, too complex, any help from this at all?
