[Kaldi-developers] Reading HTK features

Hi all,

we found that the code for reading HTK features fails (silently
produces wrong output) when the features are compressed (_C in
ParmKind), or has CRC checksum (_K in ParmKind) and I guess also for
discrete observations. I don't have time to fix this right now, and so
I put a TODO comment before the relevant function in case someone gets
to this sooner.
