     Thanks for everyone.
     I  resolved the problem. I found the reason that the error occurs.
     The reason is that the script "convert_states.pl" and the problem "diag-gmm.cc" are incompatible. 
     The revolution is to remove "FV" flag from the script "convert_states.pl".
