Any tool for converting from text to binary for alignment file?

Hi all

I plan to make alignment from external source.

So I need tools which can convert alignment file from binary to text and vice versa.

KALDI seems to provide such tools as follows :
show-alignments
ali-to-phones
ali-to-pdf
ali-to-post

But those modules seems not providing function to convert from text to binary.

My questions is ..
Is there any tools for converting alignment from text to binary (and vice versa)?

For example, copy-feats can convert from text to binary (and vice versa).

The program copy-int-vector can be used to convert from binary to text
and vice versa.
