Kai 0.3.0 released

Kai is a distributed hashtable like Amazon's Dynamo. Dynamo is described in its original paper, as a highly available key-value storage system that some of Amazon’s core services use to provide an “always-on” experience.

In version 0.3.0, Vector Clocks algorithm is introduced. Moreover, dets, that is a Erlang build-in disk-based storage, can be choosen as local storage.
