#8 setting X/Y/Width/Height on multi-selected shapes

revisit implementation of setting location/size via Properties Pane

NOTE: current implementation is not designed for multiple selected shapes

revisited issue and here are the observation -- broken down this ticket
for single-selected item:

• setting X looks fine
• setting Y is OFF
• setting Width is okay
• setting Height is WAY OFF -- also affects Y somehow

for multiple-selected shapes:

• setting X is OFF
• setting Y is OFF
• setting Width is OFF then selects different shape
• setting Height is WAY OFF then selects different shape

NOTE: current implementation of setting X/Y is based on location of very first DOT of selected shape -- weird.
