to implement, make the scope wider:
1. copy reference of Scene
2. copy reference of Scene's active Layer(s)
3. copy reference of Scene's active Layer(s) active Frame(s)
4. then you get a copy of all selected Frame data which can be copied/cut
currently, you can only select one Frame, and select only one Layer, and select only one Scene
