#135 updating Node via Properties pane will have different shape as expected

To reproduce:
1. Use Node tool, then select a Shape
2. select a Node then change X/Y value on Properties Pane
3. because of bug #134, you need to hover the mouse over the Stage to update shape.

Expectation: shape should deform as per new Node X/Y
