El Lunes, 11 de Abril de 2005 20:55, Anders Ellensh=F8j Andersen escribi=F3: || Huh? Just go into xine parameters in the settings menu and click media. || The audio device is the first option there. Seems easy enough for me. You || only have to change it once after all. Yes, I know it, but what about if I have a DVD in my DVD device and I want = to=20 listen Audio CD in the CD recorder? In that case I need to change the Audio= =20 CD device location in the xine preferences. I mean that with the actual configuration is only possible to use one devic= e=20 as Audio CD without modify xine parameters. This maybe difficult for new=20 users, who know nothing about /dev files. || Do you want that kaffeine should check all optical devices for audio cd's || before you start playing? Sounds unnecessarily complicated to me. And || difficult to implement in code for that matter. How do you know what || devices are optical storage devices? Why not to use media:/ protocol? Media protocol knows when I have a DVD or = a=20 VCD or a Audio CD in any device. When I insert an Audio CD (in the recorder= =20 or in the DVD player) an Audio CD icon appears in media:/. Could Xine use media protocol to look for audio cds, vcd or dvd instead of= =20 have a "static" configuration in "xine parameters"? Thanks for your fast response. Anyway I like a lot Kaffeine, it should be t= he=20 KDE official multimedia player. Regards, I=F1aki. =2D-=20 que a m=ED ni me va ni me viene... pero por comentar... |
