Yes, but not complete. Have you read linuxtv doku? I missed the 
multifrontend support, I missed the using "DTV_ENUM_DELSYS" 
("dvb_frontend_info.type" are deprecated!!!!). Can you use DVB-T and 
DVB-C over the same frontend path?
