[kaffeine-devel] PATCH: Add support for Sundtek MediaTV Pro DVB Devices

This patch by user "sundtek" (kontakt*AT*sundtek.de) posted at kaffeine
forum [1] adds support for the "Sundtek MediaTV Pro" series of DVB
devices [2].

It's already tested and confirmed to work with kaffeine 1.2.2 [3].

Attached patch applies cleanly to kaffeine 1.2.2 sources.

I could not test it with current git because the mplayer backend does
not work here at all.
