Hi, i'm almost happy with kaffeine0.7 whatching DVB-T. My Device is a Dibcom baset usb box (hauppauge nova-t usb2) and it works with gentoo 2005.1 standard kernel. At first I had the same scanning problem as Joen Koerner described here http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=12288679 so I generated a channels.dvb by hand. The new OSD Dump to file feature works. When I click on the empty EPG Box kaffeine crashes Unfortunatly OSD and EPG is not working at all and I don't no where to start. Thanks for any help, Jan |

But it's not easy to find them. So here is the way to go. =2D Replace your channels.dvb with the joined one. =2D zap to channel "1", open the channels dialog (key C), start scan and ad= d the=20 desired channels. =2D zap to channel "2" .... and so on. =2D When done delete channels "1","2", ... "6" =2D-=20 Christophe Thommeret |

Now its working thank you very much !! I suppose the scanning feature is ment to work without zapping to any multiplex first. Is there any log I can post to find the reason why scanning failed at first? Bye, Jan |
