Here is the UK we are currently upgrading our digital TV network and we now had high definition broadcasting. All good stuff!
However, we're using the DVB-T2 system. The HD multiplex is transmitting using 256QAM, 2/3 FEC and 32k FFT.
So, apart from finding a card that can handle this I was wondering if kaffeine can. I put the entries into my scan file and tried but without much success. Looking at the source code it would appear that QAM64 isn't parsed in the mode field.
Do we know if the kernel supports DVT-T2 yet?
Many thanks in advance,

Time to answer my own questions. There is DVB-T2 in the 3.0.0+ media
kernel. It works with the nano stick t2 dongle which is the only one
I've found available in the UK.
I've also managed to get kaffeine to support DVB-T2 (including EPG) but
you'll need a reasonable powerful machine for it to work on.
