Kabeja (dxf2svg) 0.2 released

Kabeja is a Java library for parsing DXF and converting to SVG (dxf2svg).

New in this release:
* Introduce new processing system
* Processing tools dxf->svg->(png|pdf|jpeg|tiff)
* Enhancements of the DXF api (length calculation)
* Several bug fixes
