Yep, for now it's a Properties object, so it has to map string values to string values. If that's not making a difference then something else must be going on. We certainly have other users who connect to dynix systems on a regular basis. Perhaps you could send me the target details directly and I'll take a look. Failing that, ramp up the debugging and see what pops out :) Ian.
