I've compiled a python file to a java class (foo.class), and I have a
another java class (test.class) which constructs an instances of foo.
The constructor of foo takes an int argument, and I have to call
PySystemState.initialize first, or foo.class will throw an exception
when it's instantiated. I'd prefer to have this initialization done in
foo.java rather than putting in the call to PySystemState.initialize in
my client class, test.java. Is there any way for this to happen when I
run jythonc (for example, by putting something in the comment line of
the constructor, which crrently is this: """@sig public foo (int i)"""
