We are using jython as our interpreter for marathon, a swing based test recording and playback system. http://marathonman.sf.net
Given that I am learning python as I go here, I have the following question:
first, does jython support the inspect module? the reason I ask is that when a user makes an assertion about the screen state, I would like to store the traceback information to present them with where they called the assertion that failed. However, I do not want to halt script execution. One possible workaround would be to raise an exception and then catch it immediately. Which would (I assume) fill in the relevant traceback information.
I've tried using inspect, but it can't seem to find that module in the builtins.
