I had a conceptual question about Jython that I was hoping someone could help me understand.

I am working on a project where all of the code (and libraries referred to by the code) are written in Python. I would like all of this code to run in Java without having to convert it by hand. I was very excited to find Jython and know that it has the ability to do this, I just don't know how!

I have Jython working and have compiled individual files using Jythonc and have had great success. How can I get it to compile my files and python libraries all at the same time so that I can just port the whole project over to Java? Thanks in advance for the help.
