I think you have to replace the Java line:

final PyObject module = importer.__call__(Py.newString(moduleName));

with something like:

final PyObject module = importer.__call__("base.building", new HashMap(), new HashMap(), new String[] { "base" }, -1);

I am not sure. I search about the types to use from Java to call Jython but I was not able to find what is needed so I am guessing. If you find how, I would like to know.
