Sorry to hear that you are running into troubles using Jython from within a Java application. It is difficult to diagnose the issue without seeing the code for your Java class, the interface, and the Jython class that you are having issues with. However, at first glance this does not appear to be an object factory (PlyJy) issue.
I don't know what is wrong with this mailing list but people asking for help are giving so little information. It is really hard to help.
So don't be afraid to be explicit. Tell us the context and how to reproduce the problem. This will help a lot.
