Pardon my ignorance, and poor memory, but I just ran test_socketserver.py from the Jython 2.2 rc3 test library on Windows XP, and it failed pretty miserably. Is there a reason that I missed (or forgot, or am just confused) that this test should be skipped? I don't really see a reason that Test Socket Server or a test for Socket Server should not be run. The actual failure is:
AttributeError: class 'org.python.modules.os' has no attribute 'getpid'
but the test script is just using the pid for a seed for a 'random' port. There are other ways to do this. Let me know if I am way off base.
