Greetings,

I’ve implemented a simple action performed = method in a jython class that subclasses javax.swing.AbstractAction.  I’m getting an = attribute error when I query the action event for it’s source…

  def actionPerformed(self, ae):

    = source =3D ae.getSource()

I very occasionally see this attribute error from the = second line above:

AttributeError= : write-only attr: source

Is there a way to hack this attribute value so that I = can get a reference to the source component?

Thanks,

John
