#11 Unable to open Jython preferences on 3.2 20060629

From a clean download and install of
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-3.2-200606291905/index.php
and then immediately pointing it to the update site at
http://www.redrobinsoftware.net/jydt/updatesite
and installing JyDT 1.4.15, I cannot edit the
preferences. Opening Window -> Preferences -> Jython
shows "An error has occurred while creating this page".
This is on Win32.

Sometimes I get "Unable to create the selected plugin
preference page" with reason "Plug-in
net.redrobin.eclipse.jydt.ui was unable to load class
net.redrobin.eclipse.jydt.ui.preferences.JythonPage" if
I click around a bit. I see similar problems for the
ClassPathPage, InstallationPage, and Module templates page.

Any more information I can capture to help? I would
dearly love to get JyDT working on Win32.

I belive the problem here is that you are not using java
1.5. I had the same problem, and it was resolved when i
upgraded java (eclipse must use java 1.5).

Retrying this on Linux using a 1.5 JRE works. Believe that
the problem was the 1.4 JRE on my Windows system. Thank you.
