#3 Change chat window status bar

I'd like to update the ConversationFrame status bar to
render all the users in the conversation at the bottom,
colorized as to whether they're available or not and also
if they're responding.

Right now it only shows that they're responding or not
but if they leave and lock their screen in the middle of a
conversation you don't know. You have to go back to
the main window and see if they're still around.

This should be really easy EXCEPT for the case where
you've got a big chat room and all the names don't fit
on the line. I think that happens to infrequently it'd be
better to just implement it now and worry about that
later
