Removed public from the interface.

The stylesheet has been changed to a collection of stylesheets.
The user can select the stylesheet from a select item.

When an id has not been supplied an id not equal to the name is generated (cb_ prepended to the name).
Previously the id equaled the name which caused a javascript error when setting the focus to a checkbox
