Moved implementation of updateLocale(...) method to superclass.

Now adds the standard jxpfw properties file in the updateLocale(...) method,
making an overridden updateLocale(...) in a baseclass obsolete (most of the times).

Wrongfully compared booleans with == instead of equals.
Resulted in incorrect readonly fields when expressions were used.

Made jivelint happy.
Form java point of view only cosmetic!
