Checkstyle problems solved.
Now uses local (relative) file.
Updated check style configuration so static imports are properly checked.
Now uses the same rules as josef is using in the trunk.
Corrected a typo.
Removed whitespace.
Added generics.
Removed unnecessary suppress warnings.
Removed tabs.
Removed white space.
