Creating official 3.1.29 release.

The csrf token can now safely be used in a GET request as weel, due to the absence of characters that will be URL encoded.

Now the csrf token can be used in a get request as well.

Added the FormTag to the list of changes.

Now handles a csrf field of type String instead of type Integer.

The csrf field is now based upon a random array of bytes instead of an Integer.
This should be more secure.
