Now contains a drop down to select a time zone (you currently can't set the time zone since there is no setter in AbstractJSPBean.

IAn illegally formatted timeZoneOffset now results in the default time zone being used.

Renamed DebugSettingsJSPBean to SettingsJSPBean.
Renamed the DebugSettings.jsp page to Settings.jsp. This page now shows the time zone of the user.
Switcted to latest josef snapshot release.

Dropped webtest since canoo hasn't been used for a really long time.

Updated to josef-core-3.0.13-SNAPSHOT.

Updated references to DebugSettings.jsp which was renamed to Settings.jsp.

formatDateTime method now actually uses the pattern.
Previously it converted the date using a simple toString().

Now has a getTimeZone() method and supports a timeZoneOffset cookie.
When the cookie present it will transform the offset in to a GMT offset and set the time zone on the formatter.

Changed since the name of the backing bean changed.
