JBuilder Project file update

Check whether JBuilder7 trial can commit files

Changed tabs to spaces.

First draft of supporting databases that do not support:
select ... for update.
Note this draft should not be used in production!

Now uses the new Database.execute(...) method.
The existing execute(..., ..., null) did not work!

Added another execute(...) method that does not accept parameters.
PointBase needs this method since it wont accept:
delete from table x
when the statement is a PreparedStatement.
