Updated reference to fixture which was moved around in jpxfw module.

Moved this package to src\main since other components depend upon this fixture.

Moved this package from src\test since other components depend upon this fixture.

Updated pom now creates all artefacts except for the code coverage.

Maven assembly files to create the taglib and a sig deliverable.

Main resources are now correctly copied even though there is no separate resources directory.

Split resources into the different (maven) directories.

Dropped test from javadoc generation since test files were moved into a maven directory structure. In the end ant won't be used for the build.
