Updated pom now creates all artefacts except for the code coverage.

Maven assembly files to create the taglib and a sig deliverable.

Main resources are now correctly copied even though there is no separate resources directory.

Split resources into the different (maven) directories.

Dropped test from javadoc generation since test files were moved into a maven directory structure. In the end ant won't be used for the build.

Added weblogic dependency.

Dropped test from package name since the test packed was moved into a maven structure.

Excluding package-info.java files since both sources and test sources are now on the same classpath.
