Removed since there was no easy way to use the same filter in different projects.
Added OrderBy... Tests to the suite.

When new columns are set to order on, all columns are set to ASC.
Incorrectly contained an CDebug.assert...(...) instead of a check.

Overhauled these classes. They are now safer and simpler to use.
New file for WebSphere compilation.
Now uses jdk15.
