Incorrectly contained a wrong import statement that broke the build.

Corrected a serious error in Database that resulted in returning null instead of a single row result.
This involved the execueQuerySingleRow..() methods.

Changed OracleDatabase to get the time using a timestamp. The current implementation returned no time.
This could be due to the fact that Oracle 11 is used or a Oracle driver is used now instead of a Bea driver.

Explicitly used a US locale to make methods independent of the current regional settings.

Added these files to make the unit tests work again.
Seems like the new jdk uses the default locale differently from jdk 1.4.

Corrected some java doc typos.

Added a main method to run this test stand-alone.

Updated with new port number and standard user name/password.

Corrected a typo in javadoc comment.

Added methods to clear the time info from a Calendar and a Date.
