Copied the dictionary file from the head branch.

Changed settings so building from jxpfw out of the box is more flexible.
It now should build with different ant versions for example.
Removed the WEBLOGIC_HOME variable and used a WEBLOGIC user library to comply with the head jxpfw branch.

The ssh connections should use version 1 as the preferred version.
This was missing in the documentation, preventing MyEclipse from being able to get a jxpfw module from cvs.
