Synced the assert...(...) methods with the check ...(...) methods.

New getEntities...(...) method in DMCUtil.
Inlcudes a new unit test. Also created the first semi value object in jxpfw
and used it in a new test method in DatabaseTest.

The testGetEntities...(...) method now selects a single column from the sequences table.

Updated changelog with new method in CDebug.
In CFile some obsolete import statements have been removed.

Added a new checkedParamaterNotEmpty(Collection) method.

Updated because of the new DMCUtil method getEntities...(...) and the new unit test class and method.

Added a new method created by Chris-Jan Twigt that performs a SELECT ... WHERE X IN (...) query with a lot of parameters. Also added a Unit test.

Changed some paragraphs to make eclipse happy.

Updated change made to AbstractJSPBean.processQueryParameters()

processQueryParameters() now calls setPageNumber(...) instead of accessing the member variable directly to allow for an override of setPageNumber(...).
