New utility class for JSP and JSP Tags.

First changes due to the fact that generation of class attributes has changed for JSP tags.
These files are not even close to being finished.

Now uses the new TypeSafeEnumeration class.

Changed incorrect reference to home interface into a $$parameter$$

Changed so new TypeSafeEnum class is used.

Now handles a return url.
That is a url to which this bean should return after processing.

Added logging (to methods using reflection).
