Replaced with the new org.jxpfw.jsp.JSPBeanMode enum.

Removed since they were deprecated for a long time. Replaced with
org.jxpfw.jsp.tag.GenericExceptionsTag and
org.jxpfw.jsp.tag.GenericMessagesTag respectively.

Since jdk1.5 supports enum type natively.

New exception thrown when something goes wrong during invoking of methods through reflection.

Previously when an exception occurred during invoking a getter or setter through reflection, the original exception dis not appear in the stacktrace.
This has now been solved by using the new CReflectionException in the different form element tags.
Note: The original exception was always logged but not every programmer has easy access to the application server's logfiles.

Adjusted paths to jdk1.5 and WebLogic9.0

Resolved some issues with methods that take a variable number of arguments since jdk1.5.

Changed usage of enum variable to enumeration since enum is a reserved word in the JDK1.5 standard.
