Changed default behavior of readonly attribute for PropertyElements.
A PropertyElement is now always readonly when the properties' form is readonly.

Removed adding the context to an absolute path in the redirect(...) method.
This functionality was added in version 1.7 (in july 2002) to support old versions of WebLogic (or TomCat).
Newer application servers made this change obsolete. More importantly, you can now redirect to a page in another context!

Updated the way JavaScript code is generated. This makes FireFox happy.
