Removed adding the context to an absolute path in the redirect(...) method.
This functionality was added in version 1.7 (in july 2002) to support old versions of WebLogic (or TomCat).
Newer application servers made this change obsolete. More importantly, you can now redirect to a page in another context!

Updated the way JavaScript code is generated. This makes FireFox happy.

Cosmetic changes only after running QA tools.

Now correctly escapes single quotes in a stacktrace.

Now uses document.formName instead of window.formName (this makes FireFox happy).

Changed working of indexed checkboxes.

Now tests disabled (readonly) checkboxes that are part of an array.

For a non-indexed checkbox that is readonly (disabled) no setter is called. This used to be true for indexed, readonly checkboxes but this is now changed.
Previously the programmer had to maintain a list of disabled checkboxes whereas now the resulting array contains all the values.
