Now precompiles jsp pages to a destination dir without a space.

Added comments to the individual properties

Removed an obsolte import statement.

Checked in my local settings.

Switched to the light tag library.

Changed precompile of jsp.
Changed the classpath setting. Still writes output to temp directory.

Should have been webcontent/jxpfw/WEB-INF directory.

Precompilation works but output is to a fixed path and a separate classpath is used.

Build file with non-working pre-compilation of jsp pages.

Trying to remove this directory.
